2 Initial Observatory Data
As we have highlighted in Problem & Solution, in the standardized European surveys of the business enterprise sector we are unlikely to find suitable innovation data about CCIs. It is logical to turn instead to the innovation aspects of standardized surveys targeting individuals.
2.1 CIS data on (Partly CCI sectors)
While the CIS will likely to be extremely biased in the case of CCIs, and important starting point must be to point out this bias. So we should place indicators created from the CIS surveys into the observatory.
2.2 Eurobarometer Innovation Data
The Eurobarometer policy survey is the largest internationally harmonized policy survey in the world. It contains some information about innovation, which can be loosely tided by occupational groups to creative workers.
The following occupational groups are likely to contains–among other people–the people working the creative sector, particularly in large cities.
7 Professional (lawyer, etc.) 8 Owner of a shop, craftsmen, etc. 9 Business proprietors, etc.
